If someone gets a booking, call the other folks (Dawn, Cindi, Lilarae) ASAP - but you needn't stop if it is not our first pick.
We could get two bookings and cancel the less desirable later on.

If someone other than Dawn gets the booking, let me know the total cost and email me the confirmation, and I'll cut you a check. I don't mind keeping track of who attends and heads and allocating costs based utilization rates (keep politics out of it.) My numbers will be audited by Deloitte and Touche.
